Online Orders and Delivery

How long does dispatch & delivery take?
When an order is created, our goal is to ship it out by two in the afternoon that next day. With the exception of UK bank holidays, deliveries should arrive in 3 to 5 working days. We respectfully ask for your patience if there are any delays during sale or holiday seasons due to an increase in orders.

Can I pick up my order?
We are planning to offer this service in the future, but we are unable to fulfil pick-up orders at our stores at this time.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
For cancellations or address changes, please email us at hello@moida.co.uk within 2 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include your order number and details of your request.
Please note that we are unable to modify existing orders. If you need to make changes beyond an address update, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one with the desired items.

I put the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
Before Dispatch
If you have accidentally provided the wrong shipping address, please email our online team at hello@moida.co.uk within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update the address before your order is shipped.
After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched to the incorrect address, it may cause delays or failed delivery.
If the package is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the order excluding the delivery charge, as shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that any lost packages or shipping fees due to an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility. -
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. To ensure smooth communication, kindly double-check that the email address you provided is correct.
If you haven’t received the email, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us and include your order number. -
I have received the wrong item / faulty items
Our team makes every effort to ensure that all orders are accurate and safely delivered.
But if you’ve received a wrong order or a damaged item, please email us at hello@moida.co.uk with your order number and a photo of both the product and packaging you received so we can do our best to help resolve the issue. -
Do discount codes apply on products on sale?
Unfortunately, promotional codes cannot be applied to items or bundles that are already on sale, and in some cases, certain collections.

Do you ship outside the UK?
We only ship within the UK and Northern Ireland at the moment; we are unable to ship internationally or to the EU.
Delivery Returns or Exchange

Can I get a refund for an online order?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on used items.

Return Eligibility
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on used items. If your order included a free gift, please ensure that it is returned with the product in order to receive a full refund. We are unable to offer partial refunds on bundle purchases.

Refund Process
Once we have received your return and confirmed that the items meet our return criteria, your refund will be processed within 2-3 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear on your bank statement.
