Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Eligibility

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used items.

If your order included a free gift, it must be returned along with the purchased product to receive a full refund. Partial refunds cannot be offered on bundle purchases.

How to Initiate a Return

In-Store Purchases

If you purchased an item from a Moida London store, you must return it to the store within 14 days of purchase along with the original receipt.

Online Purchases
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us
   Please email hello@moida.co.uk to request return authorisation before sending your items back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
2. Prepare Your Return
   Include your order number with the returned items.
   Ensure items are unopened, in their original packaging, and securely packed
3. Send Your Return
   We recommend using a reliable shipping service and retaining proof of postage, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
   

Shipping Costs

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for original and return shipping costs. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at hello@moida.co.uk with photos of the products and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once we have received your return and confirmed that the items meet our return criteria, your refund will be processed within 2-3 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear on your bank statement. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
  

Exchanges

To get your desired item quickly, please return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
