Ticket Price: A £20 online ticket purchase is required for redemption.

Event Day Redemption: Available in-store only at our Battersea location between 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM on the opening day.

Ticket Policy: This ticket is non-refundable. If you are unable to collect your goodie bag during the designated time, it will be converted into a £20 voucher for future use.

Offer Policy: Goodie bag plus GWP (Gift With Purchase) cannot be combined.

Please note: Each customer may purchase only one ticket. Multiple purchases using different accounts are not permitted. Attendance will be verified upon collection. Duplicate orders may be cancelled and the goodie bag offer withdrawn.

TICKETING AND DISCOUNTS
• A special discount code will be issued to newsletter subscribers who sign up by May 21st. Use this code at checkout to purchase your ticket at a discounted rate.
• Availability is strictly limited to 100 tickets total on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Strictly one ticket per person. To ensure fairness, only one ticket may be purchased per email account. Multiple tickets found under a single account or email address will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
• From 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM, entry is permitted for ticket holders only. You must arrive exactly during your chosen time slot. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
• You must present your purchased ticket and a valid photo ID matching the name on the ticket.
• No under 16s will be admitted.
• After receiving your goodie bag, we will be marking your attendance with a verification method to prevent multiple redemptions.

GOODIE BAG AND REDEMPTION
• Ticket holders must spend a minimum of £20 in a single transaction to redeem their goodie bag.
• Your £20 ticket fee will be deducted from your total order value at the point of purchase.
• The goodie bag plus other GWP (Gift With Purchase) offers cannot be combined.
• Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to collect your goodie bag during your time slot, your ticket will automatically convert into a £20 voucher for a future purchase.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
• Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred to another person.
• Loyalty vouchers, newsletter sign-off discounts, money-off coupons, and birthday discounts cannot be used on opening day as special promotions are already in effect.
