Collection Time

• 11:00am – 1:00pm on the grand opening day only.

Limited Availability

• Only 100 tickets available.
• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Goodie Bag Collection

• Goodie bags must be collected in person from our Battersea store between 11:00am and 1:00pm on the opening day.
• Goodie bags cannot be collected outside of the stated collection period.
• Any uncollected goodie bags will be forfeited and cannot be reissued or collected at a later date.

Offer Restrictions

• The Goodie Bag offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, including Spin-to-Win prizes or Isntree Pop-Up Gift With Purchase (GWP) promotions.
• A minimum spend of £20 in a single transaction is required to redeem the goodie bag.

Purchase Limits

• Limited to one ticket per customer.
• Multiple purchases using different accounts, email addresses, or payment methods are not permitted.
• We reserve the right to cancel duplicate orders and withdraw eligibility for the promotion.

Ticket Terms & Conditions

Ticketing

• Tickets are limited to 100 in total and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• One ticket per person only.
• Any duplicate bookings identified may be cancelled and refunded at Moida K-Beauty's discretion.

Entry Requirements

• Entry between 11:00am and 1:00pm is reserved exclusively for K-beauty starter kit Ticket holders.
• You must present your ticket confirmation and a valid photo ID matching the ticket holder's name.
• Attendees must be aged 16 or over.

Goodie Bag Redemption

• A minimum spend of £20 in a single transaction is required.
• Goodie bags may only be redeemed once per customer.
• Goodie bags cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.

Refunds & Transfers

• Tickets are non-transferable & non-refundable.

Promotions

• Loyalty rewards, newsletter discounts, birthday discounts, voucher codes, and other promotional offers cannot be used on the opening day unless otherwise stated.

Photography & Privacy

• By attending the event, you acknowledge that photography and filming may take place.
• Images and video footage may be used by Moida K-Beauty for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
